It is much healthier for your skin to use ingredients that you can eat, to put on your skin, then to use chemicals and preservatives on your skin, which most products you buy have in them, and their not benefiting your skin at all.
1. For dry skin: Mix 1teaspoon almond meal + ½ teaspoon dry milk + 1 pinch sugar.
2. For Sensitive Skin: Mix 1 teaspoon almond meal + ½ teaspoon ground orange peel + ½ teaspoon dry milk.
3. For Oily Skin: Mix 1 teaspoon barley meal + 1 teaspoon lemon peel + ½ teaspoon dry milk.
Time to start washing…
In your palm, make a paste using ¼ teaspoon of the above mixture and warm water (or rosewater if you have sensitive skin).
Apply paste all over face and neck and gently massage into the skin for about one minute. Don’t scrub!
Dry and oily skin types should rinse well with warm, not hot water.
If you have sensitive skin, wash with cool, not cold, water.
Pat dry gently - do not rub.
Store the extra dry ingredients in a spice jar.
